The hospital seemed a very clean and tidy enviroment.

What could be improved

My eldest daughter was in Q.A. for the birth of her first child. I was surprised that my other daughter and I were forced to wait in a cold entrance area as there was nowhere else for us to wait.

We could not get any refreshment because it was just after 7pm on a Saturday evening. There were no vending machines and even the hidden water cooler had no cups! We eventually got a cup of coffee at 8am Sunday morning! Come on Q.A. you are a 24 hour "Super Hospital" surely this needs to be addressed. Even a burger van outside would be an improvement.
