What I liked

Well organised department. Obviously very busy and staff went to great lengths to reduce the feeling of being on a conveyerbelt by ensuring i was addressed by name and treated personally and with utmost respect.

Level of care was excellent from all staff including MCA's to consultant.

Post operative also excellent with good ratio of staff and attention to managing pain.

Faultless. well done!

What could be improved

After checking in wait time depends on position on the list, couldn't see why - if you had a few hours to wait why you couldn't go for a wander ensuring you return in plenty time? maybe a local company could donate unwanted bleep machines so if you position changes you can be contacted?
