"Operation - Sanderson Suite"

I attended the Sanderson Suite yesterday for an operation under general anaesthetic. Everything from check-in to check out worked like clockwork. The staff all seemed to check in with each other and they kept you in touch every step of the way and were keen to put you at ease. While I waited I was visited by the Anesthetist, one of the theatre staff and the Surgeon. All took their time to sit down and explain what their role would be. There was no rush. Time was given to ask questions and they were prepared to spend as much time with you as necessary. The forward-waiting staff and recovery staff treated you with good humour and dignity, and the ward nurses checked regularly that all was well post-operation before you checked out. The tea and toast was amaaaaazing!!! I cannot praise everyone enough. Hopefully no return journeys are necessary, but I wouldn't be anxious about returning to this excellent team for top rate care again! Thank you all so much.
