What I liked

I was a patient at the day surgery ward on the 1st Floor, the staff were really kind and I was kept informed of everything. The sister was very professional and the ward was very clean, believe me I have just moved from Croydon and you can really see the difference in standards here.

I would like to say a special thank you to a very sweet nurse, she was so kind and had such a lovely smile it made one feel calm especially when walking to the theatre, every ward needs someone like her.
