"How 1 person can upset and time waiting for..."

Recently in on an unexpected stay all the staff were helpful and friendly, some like my dedicated nurse during the day were brilliant, but it a shame how 1 nurse makes the whole experience turn down because they know best and did not listen to a word I said about what happens to me when you take my blood, like I pass out and my veins tend to collapse they gave it one go then said they can't do it and walked off, no one else came to try and I was discharged hours later. Also being told by the dr in am rounds I was being discharged and then about 2 and a half hours later the nurse tells me, then still 3 hours later the nurse still running around trying to find the prescription as still not sent to ward by the pharmacy and only got then due to my dedicated nurse running around to find it. My dr's were doos just may be less technical speed for those of us who don't understand would be great but once I asked what they were saying all was good.
