"Excellent service at Medical Illustration"

I recently attended medical illustration not really knowing what to expect and quite apprehensive. I was met by a man with a grey beard- possibly called Martin? He had excellent people skills and put me at ease straight away. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions regarding follow up. I left reflecting on how easy it is to make someone feel listened to and how successful his practice had been.

I am a nurse and it was a strange experience being on the other side of patient care- I am so glad it was a positive one.

Thank you for your kind words, Martin and his colleagues will be really encouraged to receive such glowing praise. Your feedback is the first submission received for this service though Care Opinion.

All the clinical photographers are mindful of how anxious people can be when attending the department, they work really hard to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome and are put at ease.

You'll know from your own practice how important it is to establish a good rapport with people; good listening skills along with clear communication are key to ensuring people are involved in discussions and decisions about their care.

I'm pleased Martin was able to answer all of your questions and I'll speak to him personally regarding your feedback.
