"I was seen at the Minor Injuries clinic..."

About: Guy's Hospital

What I liked

I was seen at the Minor Injuries clinic and I liked the fact that you did not have to make an appointment and the waiting times aren't very high.

What could be improved

The nursing attitudes - I was in quite a lot of discomfort, there was no sympathy from the urse, no advice about after care or rehabilitation. The nurse did not seem overly confident with the diagnosis using phrases such as 'maybe' or 'probably'. The nurse asked why was I worried? She then walked off - leaving me to wonder whether the consultation was finished.

Anything else?

I am seeing my GP for a second opinion and for further advice about how to treat my injury and rehabilitation.
