What I liked

Whilst the initial triage was slow, once my son got to Nurse Practitioner the interpretation of the X-Ray took off, we were involved in next steps and they suggested and committed to contacting the appropriate specialist, and an hour later rang back to relay the options. Brilliant piece of professionalism that took into account the levels of anxiety involved. Thank you.

What could be improved

I would suggest having a front-end triage process with more than one nurse, this could accelerate the process. logo
