"My son broke his arm and was seen in A&E..."

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

What I liked

My son broke his arm and was seen in A&E. All the nurses and Dr's very helpful and made his first visit to hospital not a frightening experience.

What could be improved

Fracture clinic wait was very long - over 2 hours. I found Dr very dismissive, didn't tell us about the break or about the treatment for it - just said come back in 4 weeks. When pressed they told us there was one break when other Dr said 2 so still confused. Understand we were last seen and he was late but should still give full answers.
