What could be improved

Staff especially consultants don't listen to what patients are telling them or they talk about them as if they're not there. The treatment my husband received was appalling and sadly he died . Take time to listen. Not all wards or departments are the same. Some were much better than others. Good care should be available in every department.

Anything else?

After making a complaint through the proper channels I am still waiting for a response from the hospital. It is now nearly 2 yrs. since I complained. Absolutley appalling!!!
