Was an inpatient, was very nervous about my Gastroscopy. All the staff were lovely, very friendly and always checking to make sure I was ok.
The Doctor was brilliant and explained the procedure, reassured me. The procedure itself was not nice, however the staff made me feel safe and comfortable.
The staff in the Endoscopy are a credit to the hospital. Fantastic, caring staff. They take pride in their work.

As you say, undergoing a Gastroscopy procedure can be daunting, it is very reassuring to me as Matron to hear first-hand that the staff made such a difference to your experience.
