What I liked

The staff were courteous, and explained each stage of the appointment and procedures. The doctor listened attentively, at no time talking over my head, but ensuring I understood the conclusions being drawn and why.

What could be improved

I do not believe any stage of my appointment could have been improved upon. The whole experience was satisfactory.
