What I liked

Inspiring reception : wooden floor and colour gave it a homely feel; the receptionists looked at me, as soon as I arrived, interrupting their talk at once; it was a peaceful and quiet place. The staff did not talk loudly to each other as if we were not there.

The consultant was kind, courteous, listening attentively, examining gently, and gave his diagnosis clearly and expertly.

The radiographer took care of me and treated me as a person, instead of just being interested in her machines.

A model hospital.
