What I liked

I go with my husband to all his hospital appointments. This is by far the best. Attitudes are good. Staff caring and responsive.

What could be improved

Why no de-caff at Shotley Bridge? I drink nothing else and am tired of drinking hot water at Shotley Bridge. They used to have de-caff before they installed the new tea/coffee machine. I will keep asking for it. You can buy de-caff tea and coffee at Lidl and Aldi now, could someone pop down there and purchase some?

Not good enough Shotley Bridge!!!!!

Thanks for highlighting this.

I have spoken to the Catering Department who will be meeting this month to look at re instating the de caff.
