What I liked
Having been ill for some time, I have had several visits to hospital for appointments, tests and an operation. Throughout my time the staff were always very kind and genuienly helpful. They explained everything and I never felt rush.
The place is a little tired round the edges but the food is good - I even had seconds
The staff work hard but the care is first class- Thank You all
What could be improved
some areas need a bit of paint

people should get behind their local hospitals and support them. Bournemouth is a great example of the NHS at it's best
Bad press just scares patients and makes them delay in getting treatment
I know I have to go back and completely trust them.
