"The staff should be thanked for their kindness"

My 90 year old mum had to come for a CT scan which she was dreading as she is not very mobile and recently had a couple of falls.

When we arrived the receptionist was very pleasant. Then the nurse came to get my mum, they said she didn't need to put on a gown as she had no wire bits! !

She was taken in to the room where the scanner was and I was allowed to accompany her in there. The staff helped on on to the table and made her really comfortable and were really friendly. I then came out and after the scan, my mum said that everyone was so kind and friendly and that 'It wasn't that bad after all'

I think that the staff should be thanked for their kindness, I know it can be very trying dealing with an elderly person who is not only very immobile but very deaf
