"Cashier and blood lab not working together"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I paid 50 pound for chicken pox blood test on Monday 17th July 2017.However the lab can not realise my results because they said I haven't paid, somewhere between the cashier and the lab department communication has failed. Ablood test can only be done upon provision of a full paid recipt, so where is the common sense?

i am about to loose my job because the results haven't been provided on time. This hospital has always failed me but I keep trying it because it nearest to me. I should have listened to my inner feelings and gone to kings or Thomas!

Today is 21st July the problem has not been rectified yet.Am so angry with Mayday
