What I liked

I liked the general appearance and inside decor it was very clean and pleasing. General ward cleaning was good. staff were very attentive and friendly and would where time permitted stop to chat.

What could be improved

I do feel that in my own case i received contradictory reports on the stages of my treatment with doctors.

Some of the clinic and communial areas were not cleaned as well as wards. in fact in cases that i saw some cleaners were sloppy in their approach to their work.

Anything else?

Overall the new QA seems to be performing as expected but as population has risen since a survey for hospital needs one wonders how it will cope in the near future
