"Extremely rude switchboard operator"

About: Tolworth Hospital

I tried calling from Canada yesterday and was greeted by a very unpleasant person, who really seemed that they weren't at all interested in answering the phone or giving any help.

I didn't understand them and when I questioned them they shouted at me.

Put me through to another number which wasn't Tolworth rehab but the building nextdoor

I tried again and unfortunately was not greeted very well by the same person.

I tried to explain to that I needed the rehab and was shouted at again, I told them I would report them for being so rude and they hung up on me. This is not a very good indication of customer service or politeness!

I didn't get through , but I needed to speak to a nurse as my mother is not doing very well there.

Very upset and frustrated by the lake of help.

my sisters and I are very happy with the staff on the ward and surroundings but not with your switchboard employees.
