What I liked
I have recently been on ward 37 ( 22.7.10) where I had an operation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff on ward 37 who were absolutely wonderful as was the Consultant and his team. The treatment I recieved was faultless, nothing was too much trouble, the ward was spotless which all contributed to a pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay on ward 37.
I felt I had to log these comments as a year ago I lodged a complaint on behalf of my son in law who was a patient on ward 34 where his care was very poor . I believe that praise should be given where it is deserved and ward 37 and all its staff without exeption are a credit to the RLI . It was hard to believe that wards could be so different and I had been very apprehensive prior to admission.
Many thanks again Elizabeth Dixon
