Thank you very much for your post regarding your recent patient experience in the Endoscopy Suite at Good Hope Hospital.

I'm so pleased to note that you found all of the staff you encountered to be friendly and professional, and although the department was busy, you found everyone made the time to welcome you, and provide reassurance.

I will ensure that your kind comments are highlighted to the Unit Manager, the Matron for Endoscopy Services and the Clinical Director who will all be thrilled to read your feedback and communicate it to all of their team who work very hard to provide a high standard of patient care.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, it is very important to us.
