I would like to pass on to everyone that my last three visits to the outpatients department has been second to none.
Visiting hospital can be a very difficult experience. On my last three visits the staff within the orthopaedic outpatients have been fantastic. On arrival they get me checked in and to save me lots of stress and anxiety they guide me to one of the consultation rooms to wait on the doctor to call me.
Having Tourette Syndrome and waiting in communal waiting areas can be very difficult but being able to sit and wait in a safe place helps tremendously. I also would like to thank all of the hospital staff who always speak and help me if I'm struggling whilst at the hospital. Well done everyone and thankyou.
"My experience was second to none"
