What I liked

Back in May, I had the unfortunate experience of discovering a lump in my breast. It came as a complete shock - you never think it will happen to you! The response time from the hospital was fabulous - I was seen, thoroughly checked and (thankfully) given the all clear within 10 days!! The staff at the mammogram unit were fantastic. Even though you keep telling yourself that everything will be ok, there is always that nagging doubt! They were kind, sympathetic (without being patronising), kept me informed of everything that was happening and really put me at ease during the scans, biopsy - everything. I cannot thank the team there enough. During a very worrying time, I was treated with respect, empathy and professionalism - Thank you!
