Your posting here is precise and of few words - but still tells a whole story - I am so glad that you had such a good standard of care from us and would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us about it. We really value feedback; even so long after you left it! We have only just started to regularly read and respond to postings on Patient Opinion and felt it important to go back over recent years to listen and learn from what patients have told us - it is still valuable to us.
