What I liked

My heart felt thanks to both the A&E department and ENT clinic who dealt with my throat complaint in such a professional, reassuring, and organised way.

I was very impressed with both the speed I was seen, and their calm and thorough approach.

Also, i was very appreciative of the nurses in the ENT clinic who donated their biscuits at a time of great need!
