What I liked

The reception staff and admitting nurse were helpful, friendly and professional. The doctor who treated me had an excellent manner and explained everything properly, even though they were very busy.

What could be improved

The nurses carrying out treatments were not 100% focussed on the task in hand, preferring to confer together. Their time would have been better spent either treating patients or, more importantly, supporting the A&E doctor.

Anything else?

I think the balance of one doctor run off their feet and nurses standing around doing nothing was something the nurses could have taken steps to change. logo
