"Ambulatory Assessment Area"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

I was referred to AAA by A&E and have had to visit that area 3 times this week.

On all the occasions I have visited all the staff have been very polite and respectful to me.

The area was very clean and very comfortable to wait in.

Got offered many brews, water and even lunch.....the soup is delicious.

After being very, very nervous about what was wrong with me, I was easily calmed down by the professionalism and attentiveness of all the staff.

I am unable to praise them enough.

And while I have still not got an exact diagnosis for my illness I am very happy that all tests have been carried out and am now awaiting a referral to a more specialist clinic.

Thanks to all.

Thank you for posting your very positive comments about the service you received in the AAA. It will be pleasure to share these with the Head of Nursing for Unscheduled Care and the Consultant with responsibilities for the area so they can advise the team of your kind words.

Kind regards
