About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Pain management

(as the patient),

Received an appointment for when I Am going to be on holiday when it is, I called and asked to be rescheduled and I was told yes that won't be a problem, today I receive a letter telling me I have been taken off the list and I have to go through my doc again which will take another 3 month. I am absolutely furious as I was told an appointment would be rescheduled for September and it was ok, I am now told NHS fife have a different policy and I need to go back to a doctor, it's a different story when the NHS fife are cancelling operations and appointments for people yet nothing is said about this, it's an absolute joke and something needs done about it
