My husband had day surgery recently and I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after him. We entered the ward and were met by an auxiliary who greeted us with a hello and a smile, this makes such a difference. Everyone was very professional and treated us both excellently. I am a nurse myself and couldn't fault my husband's care, thank you Wd 10!

I will pass on this compliment to all the staff at ward 10 in Woodend who will be grateful for the excellent feedback. Happy to hear that you were treated both were treated professionally.
The staff work very hard to ensure they deliver person centered care and your compliment reiterates how well all the staff work togther to ensure a very postive outcome for you and your husband.
