"I was in very good hands!"

I decided to come off the Pill after experiencing side effects. After looking into alternatives I decided on the copper coil. It seemed to be an ideal solution however I was cautious as it did not seem to be a popular option among other women.

I conducted lots of my own research on Google and by the end of it was petrified of the fitting procedure so much so that I nearly backed out. I had my fitting done at Beckenham Beacon by Dr  Timaeus and Nurse Beszant.

They were both fantastic, very professional and experienced. They explained the procedure in full and did everything they could to ensure that I was relaxed. I personally experienced very little discomfort and found the pain minimal but I feel that was largely because I was in very good hands!
