What I liked

Talk about the left arm not knowing what the right is doing ! had the worst experience of my life this week when I had to 999 my problem, I was taken to Blackburn and was led in a cubicle for what seemed hours without seeing a soul ! next I was moved to the surgical triage dept where the staff are totally useless, I was not asked if I wanted a drink or anything to eat for near on 24 hrs I was left led in the clothes I went in and had to sleep in these over night ! I asked for pain relief and the nurse who I think was staff said I will go and get you something did she return erm nope ! when she did return hour's later the pain had eased !!!! not good, fetch our A & E back to Burnley it seem's if your from Burnley Blackburn just dont want to know and try dumping you anyway they can do

What could be improved

try to give patients more respect and not just dump them to one side which it seems has been the case every time I have had the unfortunate times of going here, even the doctors do not seem to know which planet they are floating on and normally they see you as new blood and swamp you with god knows how many doc's til they boot you out

totally dissatisfied in the way I was treat and the way I was dealt with
