What I liked

I visited A&E with a crush injury to my hand. Although I had a long wait (4 hours in total) it was unusually busy, and I was forewarned by the triage nurse. Once through to the treatment area I was very quickly assessed, x-rayed and treated. Both the consultant and the nursing staff were friendly, helpful and kept me fully informed as to what was happening at every stage. It made an unpleasant experience far less traumatic!
