"We attended the A & E when two..."

What I liked

We attended the A & E when two friends of ours were involved in a motorcycle accident. The A & E staff were absolutly brilliant, we were allowed to stay with our friends to help keep their spirits up, and never once felt we were in the way. In fact the staff made us feel that we were actively contributing. Then when they were taken up to their wards, again eveyone made us feel welcome, even offering a cup of coffee.

If I ever had to choose a hospital to have an accident near then this would be it.
