What I liked

I had a MRI scheduled and the process went very smoothly and very professionally. The staff working on the 24 of July in the afternoon were so caring and professional when an elderly gentlemen missed his appointment due to Tube difficulties. They worked him into the schedule even though he was an hour late. This type of service and caring should be recognised and highly praised as you surely don't see that happen regularly any more. Praise to the staff of the MRI unit.
