"From Resus to ward 10"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital / Respiratory medicine

My father in law was treated in Resus with the utmost respect and professionalism .His treatment was prompt and of a high standard and delivered with a friendly manner. He was later moved to ward 10 where again his care was excellent a special thanks to a staff nurse. The only negative was the HCA uniforms that due to no fault of the individual looked grubby due to the colour and looked uncomfortable to wear as they looked very stiff and thick material.

Dear Jo,

Thank you for taking the time to provide me with feedback regarding your father in law's recent treatment and care at The Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.

It is fantastic that that you found he was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and the staff to be friendly.

Thank you also for the comments you have provided around uniforms.

I will share your feedback with all the teams involved in the comments you have provided.

I hope your father in laws recovery continues

Thank you

Andrew
