What I liked
The Doctor's knowledge and skills were clearly good and secured confidence in professional judgement.
What could be improved
The Doctor's manner with my 8 year old daughter was derrogatory and negative, therefore, in my view unprofessional. Some things that were said should have been discussed professionally with the parent without making the child feel bad about herself. Both my wife and daughter came away from the hopsital in tears feeling inadequate and unwilling to ever return !
