What I liked

I was in nettswell ward and was kept waiting for medication most of the time, IV antibiotics were hardly given until after 12- 1am in the morning and sickness medication was waiting for hours even though it was due at 10pm i recieved it at 1am by which time i had been voilently sick again. Some nurses were on their mobiles some were swearing infront of patients. Its not acceptable.

What could be improved

The nurses need to communicate better and split what they are going to do, they also need to change their attitude if they really dont care about patients really dont become a nurse.
