(as the patient),

Birthing centre amazing staff, Jen was amazing.

Feel sorry for the nurses/midwives who seem to have to work with such poor staffing levels.

Labour ward amazing again, doctors amazing, nurses amazing and midwives amazing. Made a stressful experience perfect.

Post natal ward staff lovely and helpful. Only criticism is people being on phones on loudspeaker up until 2am

what could be improved?  Food for partners

Thank you for your comments. It is always good to hear from women who have found our maternity team to be 'amazing'. I have passed your comments to Jen as I know she will be thrilled. We have listened to your feedback, and that of others and have developed ward information guidance which includes recommendations for the use of mobile phones. This information will be at every bedside on the postnatal ward.

Thank you for leaving your previous comments, they have helped us to develop our service.

As a result we have introduced a ward information leaflet which is now available at every bedside on the postnatal ward which includes guidance on mobile phone use.
