I visited Ambulatory Care at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have three BCCs (Basal Cell Carcinomas) excised. My appointment was for 2: 00pm and I was taken five minutes early. This minor operation was carried out by two staff nurses (David and Doreen). Their professionalism was exemplary; their patient care outstanding. The information provided pre-procedure and post-treatment was excellent.
During the past twenty years, I have used the National Health Service on a number of occasions - for pneumonia, leukaemia, cataract, hernia and plastic surgery, all backed by a fantastic GP care team. On the basis of that experience, crowned yet again by the most recent am a proud user/supporter of our Health Service here in Scotland.
