Admitted to day surgery unit for a polypoctomy and d&c. Very lucky in that I was first in the queue.

Consultant, Ananesthiast, Theatre staff, and day ward staff all lovely. Everything fully explained prior to op which was very short. Taken to theatre and back on ward an hour and a half later.

Discharged in the afternoon. No pain, as yet. Some mild cramping and feeling a bit sleepy. 5 star treatment all the way and the food was ok too. Feeling very well indeed.
