"Blocked and excluded"

About: Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

I feel that I am being blocked from accessing any services from Pennine Care. They refuse to offer any treatment or services for my mental health. They have blocked me from accessing any services in their entirety such as the Healthy Minds service, or their Wellbeing College. It transpires they discharged me from the Community Mental Health Team several years ago, but did not to inform me or have any sort of discharge meeting. They ignore any recommendations for me to have any treatment and it seems will spend infinite amounts of money to ensure they block me from any sort of service.

As a result, I am very isolated, unwell and completely cut off from society and my mental health has deteriorated because of the stress they have put me under. I do not why they have targeted me this way, but I believe it is down to me having the audacity to complain about poor treatment. I am unwell and they refuse to offer any support instead they just refer me to my GP or tell me to 'Report to A &E' or `phone the Samaritans. ' I have no support worker, no advocate and no one to help me and I am very unwell not just with my mental health, but with various physical health problems and autism but I receive no help whatsoever from them and feel they have blacklisted me. They have done nothing to resolve my concerns just ignore me. My view is that people are not hard to help, just easy to ignore.
