It was my first time as an out patient at Monklands District General Hospital. I was impressed by the ambience of the main reception, the out patients reception and the actual consulting rooms. I was impressed by the customer care that I received from two particular receptionists with one accompanying me to show me the exit.
The consultant was also very professional and easy to understand.
