"Neuro ICU and High Depency Unit"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

My partner spent just over 3 weeks in the Neuro ICU ward and has been in the High Depency Unit for 4 days, we were informed he is being transferred to Reading (RBH) tomorrow. I cannot thank the team on both wards enough for the amazing care/treatment he has been given. We had some very dark times over the past 4 weeks and still

Have many challenges ahead of us. The guys at JR Neuro saved his life ! Everyone (Surgeon, Consultants, Nursing team) were amazing throughout the past weeks and I will be forever grateful for everything you have done for him. Thank you for everything. Steve

Dear Steve,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response to your comments.

Thank you so much for providing feedback about your and your partner's experience of the Neuro ICU ward and the High Dependency Unit at the John Radcliffe. It's great to hear that your partner was so well looked after by our staff. It must have been a very difficult time for you and your families.

Your comments will be passed on to the relevant managers. Thank you again for taking the time to comment.
