"My father's care om Ward F20 West Block QMC"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Thank you from Son and Family

My father was in the care of Ward F20 at the QMC for approximately 2 weeks until the 27th of May. He was very ill and needed constant attention, care and treatment.

I visited regularly throughout his stay at the QMC and I would like to express my deep gratitude for the exemplary care that he received at all times during his stay.

I found the nursing staff without exception to be amazingly professional and dedicated and attentive to my father’s many needs over his two weeks stay.

My father sadly passed away on the ward on the 27th May, however I am still left with a profound respect and gratitude for all the professionals on the ward who were responsible for his care with special mention to the Staff Nurse.

My deep thanks again and Kindest regards to Ward F20

My condolences to you and your family. We send our thoughts. It is good of you to share your feedback, especially at this time.

I’ve shared your comments with the team and will share with the ward manager when he is next on duty later this week.

We all send you our best wishes,

Julie Benson.

Matron, F20.
