I lost leave because of demanding for biscuits, find me inappropriate towards staff. Had fight on another ward was under pressure by the patient. They should be less harsh on patients for minor infractions

It may be worth discussing this particular situation with your care coordinator, or Angela Shaw, our ANP in Birmingham, to ensure that we are applying individual actions, that are appropriate to the situation.
