Took my daughter to have a tonsillectomy.

The day surgery team could not have been more helpful and informative. This really helped as my daughter who had never been in hospital felt right at ease. When we picked her up at 6 pm she was able to tell us that staff regularly came in to ask how she was access her pain score and made her not feel like she was a nuisance if she buzzed 15 or 20 minutes later to say she was in pain. She was given so much information verbally prior to her discharge information leaflet. Well done Mr Barr and all the team.
