"Scan results were not sent to us"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Neurosurgery

(as a relative),

My wife had a brain scan in June after not hearing any thing for a few weeks chased it up and found not only had a report not been sent to us personally as was addressed on the copy I found that had been sent to our local GP, but the report refered to a scan taken 12 months previously. Now waiting for correct results causing more worry

I’m sorry to hear about the mix up in your wife’s results and for the additional worry and anxiety this is causing you both. I would like this to be addressed ASAP.
