What I liked
I could never thank my consultant enough for their skill and dedication. Their consideration towards their "patients" as human beings, who have often been through a difficult time elsewhere, is pure kindness, consideration and thoughtfullness. Those patients of theirs I have spoken with have, like myself, complete trust in them.
They will shortly be operating on a friend of mine - I know he is in expert hands.
Thank you to my consultant and the RNOH.
What could be improved
The improvements needed (at Stanmore) are already in motion to be addressed.
