What could be improved

took my son in the walk in sit and wait he came in with two bad blisters on his hand and was feeling bit ill mentioned could it be impetigo and they said no and they also ruled out everything else anyhow they said come back for it to be dressed so we did about 4 times then i get a phonecall from a health visitor wanting to come and see me i was very upset she gave me a safety at home leaflet (i have stair gates etc everywhere no way he could have hurt himself) anyway he came up in another big blister and i found out by the doctor it is impetigo so i phoned health visitor today and thought they should know all that upset and i knew it was nothing we done wrong! also when we asked if he could have some paracetemol they said go down the shop and get some which i find very rude children are ment to recieve free from doctors! i will be making a complaint to the hospital!
