"Frequent visitor"

I require frequent blood tests and nowadays I always go to the Riverside Clinic for these.

The staff are so friendly and totally professional. I rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes and the numbered arrival system works well to ensure that patients are seen in turn.

I have also visited a physiotherapist based at Riverside. Once again I was treated with dignity and respect and was pleased with all aspects of my treatment.

My little grandson was treated recently by the Out of Hours team which is also based here.

He had been given an appointment time by 111 and despite the waiting room being packed with people he was seen promptly and punctually by a lovely doctor who was able to treat him and to reassure his anxious mum.

The clinic is so easily accessible being outside of the town area and there is almost always parking space on arrival.

I have worked as a clinician in the NHS for many years so I can sometimes see the case for complaints about current services. This clinic however,is one of the best health centres that the public can access in Ipswich and I am so thankful for the hard work and dedication of all the staff there.
